About the position

We are seeking a diligent Data Entry Specialist to support our clerk space. In this role, you will work closely with technicians to validate expenses and ensure smooth operation within the office. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of office experience, which includes payroll validation and inventory tracking. This position is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our data and ensuring that all processes run efficiently. You will be responsible for reviewing work orders from signed proposals and templates to maintain consistency, assisting leads and project management in ensuring accuracy of pricing, departmental posting, and billing work orders in a timely manner. Additionally, you will coordinate with service, parts, and vendors to ensure proper billing and filing of Warranty and Maintenance claims. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will act as the central point of contact for the sales team, managers, and team leaders/supervisors for reviewing and processing work orders. You will also be expected to work independently on projects and coordinate multiple projects as assigned. Assisting managers with billing disputes and notifying the responsible parties involved will also be part of your responsibilities. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively while solving problems as they arise. You will perform other job duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the team and the organization.

Responsibilities
