The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for acknowledging purchase orders and notifications in customer portals, verifying order accuracy, and liaising with builders and purchasing departments. The successful candidate will process orders through our systems, Epicor and BizTrack, and provide customer feedback to ensure consistent quality of products and services. Additionally, the role involves handling incoming calls for delivery scheduling, which requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
