About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This role involves the efficient and accurate processing of membership applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently process membership applications, ensuring all data is accurately entered.
• Maintain and update customer records regularly, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
• Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries, resolving any issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Adhere to data entry standards and guidelines to ensure data accuracy.
• Ensure data entry tasks are completed within specified timelines.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Use Alpha 6,000 - 8,000 kph and Alpha 8,001 - 10,000 kph for data entry tasks.
• Ensure data security and confidentiality in all tasks.
• Contribute to team efforts and organizational goals by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Possess strong typing skills with a speed of 6,000 - 10,000 kph in Alpha.
• Proficient in data entry and related software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
