We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our computer systems. This role is crucial for ensuring that our data records are precise and organized, which supports our overall mission. The Data Entry Clerk will work closely with various departments to ensure that all data is entered correctly and efficiently, contributing to the smooth operation of our business processes. The position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively. In this role, you will be expected to enter data into the computer system with speed and accuracy, create and maintain spreadsheets using Excel, and organize and maintain files and records. You will also be responsible for transcribing information from paper documents into digital systems and performing order entry tasks as needed. Utilizing pivot tables to analyze data efficiently will be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to provide insights and support decision-making processes within the organization.
