Responsibilities

  • Maintain organized records and files in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information while handling data entry tasks.

Requirements

  • Proficient in typing with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working with computerized systems and databases is preferred.
  • Familiarity with administrative tasks in an office environment.
  • Knowledge of pivot tables and basic database management is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1 year of data entry experience is required.
  • 1 year of 10 key typing experience is required.
