About the position

The Data Entry Clerk position at Innova Solutions is a full-time contract role focused on accurately entering and managing data within the RAR database. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access, and involves tasks such as interpreting correspondence, maintaining quality standards, and reporting to management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry tasks into the RAR database.
• Read and interpret correspondence for data entry.
• Meet quality and productivity standards.
• Communicate issues to management.
• Publish complete and accurate reports to management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Compose emails and research information for data entry.
• Follow established procedures (SOPs) for data entry.
• Report inventory to Supervisor and Team Lead.
• Split inventory into RAR and upload RAR templates.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of applicable experience in data entry or medical billing preferred.
• Proficient in alpha/numeric typing.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access required.
• Basic to intermediate computer knowledge.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous medical billing experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills preferred.
