Responsibilities

• Efficiently process customer credit applications.
• Maintain and update customer credit records.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries as required.
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions as needed.
• Perform data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Handle email correspondence professionally and promptly.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to organize files and perform calculations.
• Ensure all files are properly organized and maintained.
• Perform scanning and typing tasks as required.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is essential.
• Demonstrable experience in Data Entry tasks.
• Strong typing skills required.
• Ability to organize files systematically and efficiently.
• Experience with email correspondence in a professional setting.
• Excellent customer service skills are necessary.
• Familiarity with scanning documents and related equipment.
• Ability to perform calculations accurately.
• Proficiency in 10 Key Skills is preferred.
