About the position

The Data Entry Clerk at The Accent Shop, Inc. is responsible for performing retail data entry tasks for the company's web stores and shipping department. This role involves daily online sales entries, inventory updates, and entering new inventory data to ensure accurate product listings across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Entering new inventory data onto online web stores, including titles, SKU numbers, UPC numbers, descriptions, photo uploads, inventory levels, and pricing.
• Updating inventory levels between sites based on daily sale invoices.
• Taking photos and uploading them to the database as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 1 year of experience in data entry (preferred).
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel (preferred).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft Office.

Nice-to-haves

• Some knowledge of Photoshop or other editing software.
