About the position

The Data Entry Clerk at DG Premium Brands LLC is responsible for managing daily business needs, including customer service inquiries, work assignments, and maintaining effective communication within the department. Responsibilities

• Answer customer service related questions
• Direct receiving work assignments
• Convey written and verbal communications within and outside the department
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices
• Communicate with manager on all daily functions and ongoing opportunities
• Provide guidance on any work assignments given
• Direct work assignments up to 10+ associates
• Maintain workflow while forecasting daily operations and scheduling for various imports and different brands
• Ensure all SOPs are being followed
• Relay ideas, suggestions, and concerns to management
• Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement in work processes, training programs, and personnel utilization
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 2 years warehouse/distribution work experience with WMS systems
• Exposure to 3PL environments
• Congenial working relationships with coworkers
