Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to lawyers and legal staff.
• Manage and organize legal documents, correspondence, and case files.
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments for attorneys.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Draft and proofread legal documents, letters, and emails.
• Maintain and update client databases and case management systems.
• Assist with billing and invoicing processes.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Perform general office duties, such as photocopying and filing.
• Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, legal assistant or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
• High school diploma; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
• Work in compliance with Federal and State Collection Laws.
