Responsibilities

• Process timesheets and review for errors according to company policy and procedures.
• Interface with employees and clients to provide guidance and support on timesheet questions.
• Answer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person at the office.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients and employees.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Utilize proficient computer skills for data entry and communication.
• Multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of data entry experience required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• 1 year of experience with home care terminology preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.

• Demonstrated ability to enter data efficiently and listen skillfully on calls.
