About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Karolinas Home Care Agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data into our systems. This role is crucial for ensuring that our data is reliable and accessible, which supports our overall operations and decision-making processes. The Data Entry Clerk will work closely with various departments to ensure that all data entries are completed in a timely manner and adhere to our quality standards. In this position, you will be tasked with inputting and updating data into databases and our electronic verification system. You will also create spreadsheets and pivot tables as needed to assist in data analysis and reporting. Transcribing information from paper documents into digital formats is another key responsibility, along with performing clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading timesheets, and organizing documents. Ensuring data integrity and accuracy is paramount, and you will assist with basic mathematical calculations as required. This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule, and weekends may be required as needed. The work location is in person, allowing for direct collaboration with team members and access to resources necessary for your tasks.
