Responsibilities

  • Provide a variety of customer support services through mail, telephone, and direct personal contact.
  • Process orders and assignments.
  • Enter data into the computer system.
  • Reference pricing and delivery information.
  • Respond to customer questions, complaints, and requests.
  • Set up new records and maintain existing records.
  • Perform word processing assignments, filing, and related clerical duties.
  • Process all necessary paperwork in preparation for auction day, securing necessary approvals.
  • Conduct routine research.
  • Follow well-established procedures under close direction of a supervisor.
  • May process titles.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 6 months of office experience.
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
  • Familiarity with MS Office.
  • Comfortable with being on the phone and multitasking.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • 1-3 years of data entry experience.
  • Previous work experience in a customer service or administrative role.
