About the position

The Data Entry Clerk position in Chandler, AZ, is a contract role focused on providing clerical support for the IAO Foundry Change Management team. The role involves data entry and maintaining the cleanliness of the Changescout platform, which is similar to Salesforce. Candidates are expected to have experience with Salesforce and data collection, as well as good communication skills to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintain the Changescout platform.
• Support the team in keeping the platform updated and clean.
• Identify and drive entry of projects across functional sites.
• Review and process information, approvals, and data entry of spending/invoices, purchase orders, change orders, and forecasting data into project cost tracking systems.
• Establish, monitor, and maintain associated project files/logs.
• Compile and complete reconciliations.

Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce platforms.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Experience with data entry and analysis.
• Good communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Changescout or similar platforms.
• Preference for candidates with Change Management experience.

Benefits

• Contract position with hourly pay of $19 - $20.
• Onsite work required at least one day a week.
