About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Input and update data into databases and systems with high accuracy.
  • Transcribe information from various sources into digital formats.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files for easy retrieval.
  • Perform data collection and verification to ensure completeness and correctness.
  • Assist in the development of data entry processes and improve existing workflows.
  • Conduct regular audits of data to identify discrepancies or errors.
  • Collaborate with team members to support clerical tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in data entry or related clerical roles is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using data entry systems, databases, and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Basic math skills for handling numerical data accurately.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with file management systems is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (1 year preferred).
