Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status.
• Ensure all data entries are completed in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to improve data management processes.
• Assist in the resolution of any issues or discrepancies with customer data.
• Adhere to data privacy regulations and company policies regarding customer data.
• Continually improve your knowledge of industry-specific data entry practices.

Requirements

• Applicant must possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Prior experience in data entry is required
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy is crucial for the role
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
