About the position

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the retail industry, based in Mahwah, New Jersey. Additionally, the Data Entry Clerk will handle customer service queries and email correspondence, maintain and organize both digital and physical files, and monitor customer accounts to take appropriate action based on account status. The ideal candidate will possess strong typing skills, be proficient in using 10 Key Skills for numerical data entry, and be able to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a retail setting.
