About the position

The Data Entry/Inventory Clerk at Brasseler USA is responsible for accurately entering work orders for dental and laboratory handpieces, verifying customer warranty claims, and maintaining data integrity across various software programs. This role also involves assisting customer service representatives during peak call times and participating in special projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Enters work orders for dental and laboratory handpieces.
• Reviews work orders to verify customer warranty claims.
• Accurately enters data into corresponding fields within various software programs.
• Completes warranty work for various vendors, specifically tracking items to ensure accuracy.
• Acts as a backup to the Customer Service Representatives by assisting with overflow telephone calls during high call volume.
• Works with Microsoft Office.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a relevant position desired.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) preferred.
• Basic math and logic skills required.
• Basic computer skills and software use (email, document prep, and spreadsheets) desired.
