About the position

The Data Entry Operator position at Pueblo County involves performing data entry work to support department operations. Responsibilities

  • Perform database maintenance duties including entering, updating, editing, and retrieving data from computerized databases.
  • Input, scan, and image documents, and review document imaging and miscellaneous data entry.
  • Enter customer information in application initiation programs.
  • Enter customer information into workload management tools.
  • Verify document imaging, input, and scan closed cases.
  • Request reports from various state agencies.
  • File customer records in the corresponding record-keeping system.
  • Review customer information to ensure accuracy before entering it into the system.
  • Correct errors or complete incomplete entries in source documents by contacting work originators or supervisory personnel.
  • Perform other duties as appropriate or necessary for job performance.

Requirements
