About the position

As a Data Entry Operator at UnitedHealthcare, you will play a crucial role in managing customer information with precision and care. Your primary responsibilities will include entering, updating, and verifying data to ensure accuracy before mailing out policies to customers. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 pounds. You will work full-time during standard business hours, with occasional overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sort and file patient demographic forms (may include lifting to 30 lbs.)
• Locate and retrieve patient demographic forms when requested.
• Cross train and work in all processes when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Engage in repetitive movements including sitting, standing, kneeling, and reaching.

Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word (create correspondence and work within templates)
• Experience with Microsoft Excel (ability to sort, filter, and create simple spreadsheets)
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management)
• Reside within 50 miles of the office located at 300 Burnett Street, Fort Worth, TX
• Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday.
