Responsibilities

  • Utilize the RA tracking system to gather and input information from various sources.
  • Extract and ensure data accuracy from standardized documents.
  • Identify and report data discrepancies in the tracking system.
  • Prepare reports based on requested information.
  • Respond to basic inquiries about the reasonable accommodation process.
  • Assist employees with submitting requests and uploading necessary documents.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Approximately six years of related experience.
  • Three years of experience collecting, reviewing, and tracking data related to program analysis.
  • Three years of experience writing and editing documents such as reports, briefings, and presentations.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Access, Adobe, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience serving as a Reasonable Accommodation Assistant.
  • Knowledge of civil rights enforcement procedures.
