About the position
The Data Entry Operator - IV position at BCforward involves providing clerical support for IAO Foundry Change Management. The role requires maintaining and updating data on platforms like Salesforce and Changescout, ensuring data accuracy and cleanliness. The operator will work both independently and as part of a team, with a requirement to be onsite at least one day a week. This is a full-time contract position expected to last for 6 months.
Responsibilities
- Provide clerical support for IAO Foundry Change Management.
- Maintain and update data on Salesforce and Changescout platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy and cleanliness in the platforms.
- Identify and drive entry of projects across functional sites.
- Review and process information, approvals, and data entry of spending/invoices, purchase orders, change orders, and forecasting data.
- Establish, monitor, and maintain associated project files/logs.
- Compile and complete reconciliations.
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience with Salesforce platforms.
- Experience with Changescout or similar platforms preferred.
- Experience in data entry and analysis.
- Good communication skills.
