About the position
The Data Entry Operator - IV position at BC Forward involves providing clerical support for the IAO Foundry Change Management team. The role requires maintaining and updating data on the Changescout platform, which is similar to Salesforce, and involves data entry, analysis, and collection. The operator will work both independently and as part of a team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across different organizations. This is a full-time contract position with a hybrid work model, requiring at least one day a week onsite.
Responsibilities
- Provide clerical support for IAO Foundry Change Management.
- Maintain and update the Changescout platform.
- Perform data entry and support the team in keeping the platform clean and updated.
- Identify and drive entry of projects across functional sites.
- Review and process information, approvals, and data entry of spending/invoices, purchase orders, change orders, and forecasting data.
- Establish, monitor, and maintain associated project files/logs.
- Complete reconciliations.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience with Salesforce platforms.
- Experience with Changescout or similar platforms preferred.
- Experience in data entry and analysis.
- Good communication skills.
