About the position

The Data Entry Operator at DHL Supply Chain is responsible for accurately inputting data into electronic formats, ensuring timely and precise data entry. This role plays a crucial part in the logistics process by maintaining data integrity and supporting operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operates a data entry device to input lists of items into an electronic format.
• Collects, reviews, and inputs data into a computer processing system.
• Compares data entered with source documents to detect errors.
• Maintains and revises procedural lists, control records, and coding schemes.
• Compiles production/performance data to prepare various reports.
• Inputs data as requested on a timely basis.
• May respond to customer requests for data.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience
• 0-12 months of warehouse experience

Nice-to-haves

• 1 year shipping/receiving clerk experience
• WMS experience
• BOL and Manifest experience
• 1 year Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience
• Strong communication skills
