About the position
The Data Entry Clerk position at Adecco is a short-term temporary role focused on entering and verifying alphanumeric data from various sources into a computer database. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to handle complex transactions while ensuring accuracy in data entry procedures.
Responsibilities
- Enters and verifies Alpha/Numeric data from a variety of sources, including paper-based, electronic, and phone, into a computer database.
- Handles complex functions or transactions, including priority accounts or transactions that require error-free work.
- Resolves problems related to correct data entry procedures, referring unusual problems to the manager.
- Codes, searches, extracts, and interprets information to determine correct input procedures.
- Coordinates the workflow of other operators.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 1 Year of Experience required
- Experience with Access preferred
- Good mathematical ability
- Ability to key 10,000 keystrokes per hour
