About the position

Moravia Health, Pennsylvania's premier home healthcare agency, is seeking to fill a Payroll/Data Entry position in our Philadelphia, PA location. The ideal candidate has excellent data entry skills and exceptional attention to detail while monitoring data for accuracy. This role involves supporting the Payroll Manager and ensuring the integrity of payroll data.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and retrieving payroll information by checking, collecting, and calculating data into the payroll system for processing.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining financial records and reports to ensure accuracy and resolve payroll concerns.
  • Update payroll timesheets and records by entering exemptions and insurance coverage to ensure client and employee integrity.
  • Input and update required client and employee payroll information such as changes to contact information in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Responsible for assisting the Payroll Manager with the administration and completion of special projects and related duties.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal, written communication and human relations skills.
  • Ability to operate Microsoft Word, Excel and other related database applications.
  • Ability to type at the required rate of speed.
  • Ability to treat information, data and records with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in monitoring accuracy.
  • Detail-oriented and punctual.
