Responsibilities

• Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature.
• Receive, log, batch, and distribute work.
• File, photocopy, and answer phones.
• Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
• Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles.
• Work under close supervision following established procedures.
• Print and scan statements.
• Scan checks and ship items for tracking and data purposes.
• Double check that data scanned is accurate and that all information scanned is included when keying.
• Manage machines to prepare items to ship.
• Stand for a large portion of the day and lift items up to 50 lbs.
