About the position
The Data Entry / Quoter position at Brian Scott-Farmers Insurance Agency is a full-time role focused on gathering personal information and entering data to build insurance quotes. The role requires attention to detail, goal-driven performance, and proficiency in typing. The position is not remote and operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 6 PM.
Responsibilities
- Gather personal information and enter data regarding home, auto, specialty vehicle, or commercial business to build a quote.
- Take inbound lead calls to quote for insurance.
Requirements
- P&C Insurance License not required at hire, but will be required after probationary period (provided by Agency).
- Ability to multitask multiple screens at once.
- Call center experience is beneficial.
- Bilingual is beneficial.
- Capable of handling customer rejection.
- Skilled at typing (30+ wpm).
- Detail-oriented.
- Must be 18 or older (background check will be performed).
- Have no felonies.
- Must have reliable transportation and preferably live in or near South Arlington 76017.
- Must complete the online Assessment to be considered.
Nice-to-haves
- Bilingual proficiency.
