We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in ensuring data integrity and supporting various departments with their clerical needs.

Responsibilities

• Input and update data into databases and systems with high accuracy.
• Perform regular audits of data to ensure consistency and correctness.
• Utilize Excel for data management, including creating and managing pivot tables.
• Organize and maintain electronic files for easy retrieval.
• Assist in the preparation of reports by compiling data from various sources.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes.
• Respond to inquiries related to data entry tasks and assist in resolving issues.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles with a focus on data entry.
• Proficiency in using databases and data entry systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with Excel, including the use of pivot tables for data analysis.
• Basic math skills for accurate data handling and calculations.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
