We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Shipping Clerk to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will have experience with shipping processes, including UPS and FedEx systems, and possess strong computer skills. This role involves accurately processing and tracking shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery. You will need to accurately enter shipping data into the computer system, ensuring all information is complete and correct. Generating shipping labels and documentation required for both domestic and international shipments will also be part of your duties. You will track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery, resolving any issues that may arise along the way. Communication is key in this role, as you will need to interact with carriers and customers to address shipping inquiries and concerns. Maintaining organized records of all shipping transactions and documentation is essential. You will collaborate with the warehouse and customer service teams to coordinate shipping schedules and priorities. Additionally, inspecting outgoing packages to ensure they meet company standards for packaging and labeling is a critical responsibility. You may also assist with inventory management by updating system records for shipped items and performing general clerical duties as needed to support the shipping department.
