About the position

Responsibilities

  • Entering and processing data from various sources, ensuring accurate and efficient input.
  • Reviewing and verifying data for completeness and accuracy before entering into databases or systems.
  • Organizing and maintaining digital and physical records, ensuring easy access and secure storage of information.
  • Collaborating with other departments to obtain and clarify data or additional information.
  • Ensuring that all data entry tasks comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
  • Performing regular data backups to ensure security and accuracy of records.
  • Responding to data-related inquiries and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assisting in generating reports, preparing data summaries, and maintaining up-to-date records as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
  • Proficiency in data entry software and strong computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in entering and managing data.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with data management best practices and privacy regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain large volumes of data efficiently.
