About The Position
Join the Kelly® Professional & Industrial team as a Data Entry Specialist with a world-class equipment and services company that sustainably advances the noble work of agriculture and construction workers. This position is based in Springfield, Ohio, and is an onsite role. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for adhering to standard procedural guidelines for all assigned tasks, which include logging and processing checks, handling documents, managing CLEAR queues, and facilitating communication with insurance carriers through both outbound and inbound calls. You will provide support and backup as necessary to meet client requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your role will involve undertaking additional duties or projects as required based on business needs. Initially, you will operate under immediate supervision, focusing on basic and routine tasks. As you gain experience, the complexity of your tasks may increase, allowing you to work within a multi-client or multi-functional environment, handling various responsibilities. You will also be tasked with researching and resolving issues related to items received via faxes, reports, tasks, correspondence, and refund/return checks, while meticulously following client-specific policies and procedures. Completing assignments with short notice and adapting to varying durations as directed by management will be essential. You will utilize client and company proprietary applications efficiently, demonstrating strong technical knowledge and maintaining high-quality performance standards. Reliability in attendance, teamwork, and contributing positively to organizational goals are key expectations for this role.
