About the position

United Tissue Network is a non-profit organization dedicated to whole-body donation, committed to excellence, integrity, and teamwork. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Support II to join our Quality department in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time position plays a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of data within our systems. The ideal candidate will manage daily tasks efficiently, communicate effectively with team members, and contribute to our mission with passion and professionalism. As a Data Entry Support II, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems. You will identify and document areas needing improvement in data management processes, assist with inspecting and sampling the entire donation process to ensure quality standards, and support the change management process by documenting and implementing changes. Additionally, you will assist with auditing internal processes and external vendors, handle donor case file closures, and manage recovery, reprocessing, and final release activities. Adhering to safety protocols and supporting quality control measures will also be part of your responsibilities.
