Responsibilities

• Prepare orders and print labels for shipments.
• Conduct daily inventory checks and confirm orders match remaining inventory.
• Ship machines, supplies, bottles, and filters as needed.
• Maintain monthly data on supplies and machines used, ordering accordingly.
• Input filter sales for branches and online orders daily.
• Monitor the department to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Hand unload containers 3 to 4 times a month.
• Perform end-of-month inventory checks.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills for data entry and information management.
• Ability to work as a team player across different departments.
