About the position

Outlier is seeking experienced Turkish writers to assist in training generative artificial intelligence models. This freelance position allows for remote work with flexible hours, enabling contributors to work at their convenience. The role involves providing human feedback to improve AI models through various writing and assessment tasks.

Responsibilities

• Reading Turkish text to rank responses generated by an AI model.
• Writing short stories in Turkish based on given topics.
• Assessing the factual accuracy of Turkish text produced by an AI model.

Requirements

• Fluency in Turkish.
• Experience as a professional translator.
• Professional writing experience (copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.).
• Enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate program in a humanities field or related to writing.
• Enrollment in or completion of a graduate program related to creative writing.

• Higher education qualifications such as a PhD may lead to higher pay rates.
