About the position

Outlier is seeking experienced Turkish writers to assist in training generative artificial intelligence models. This freelance position allows for flexible hours and remote work, focusing on providing human feedback to improve AI models. Writers will engage in tasks such as ranking AI-generated responses, writing short stories in Turkish, and assessing the factual accuracy of AI-produced text.

Responsibilities

• Read Turkish text to rank a series of responses produced by an AI model.
• Write a short story in Turkish about a given topic.
• Assess the factual accuracy of Turkish text produced by an AI model.

Requirements

• Fluency in Turkish.
• Experience as a professional translator or in professional writing (copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.).
• Enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate program in a humanities field or related to writing.
• Enrollment in or completion of a graduate program related to creative writing.

• Higher education qualifications such as a PhD may lead to higher pay rates.
