About the position

The Data Fusion Analyst will oversee real-time monitoring of imagery, tracking data, and associated satellite communications links for the Operations Center. This role is crucial in a 24-hour, multi-satellite operations environment, requiring a proactive approach to data analytics and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be passionate about engineering and space systems, contributing to one of the most advanced satellite constellations in the world.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex data analytics tools to track, trend, and analyze potential problems and anomalous conditions that may affect operations
• Investigate root causes and resolve issues requiring in-depth evaluation of factors discovered or referred by operations teams
• Leverage tools to provide visuals of data for evaluation
• Develop training to support plans and procedures
• Identify and implement ideas, solutions, processes, procedures, and checklists focused on continuous process improvement
• Provide on-call support, real-time investigation, and troubleshooting for operations anomalies related to tracking data

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent relevant experience in lieu of degree
• 10+ years of relevant experience working in the surveillance or space field
• MASINT Experience
• Overhead Persistent Infrared Experience (OPIR)
