About The Position
The Data Governance Analyst 1 will serve as the primary compliance contact for the implementation and oversight of Microsoft Purview, a data governance tool. This role involves managing various data types across Microsoft 365 applications and other data sources, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and enhancing data management capabilities within the agency. The analyst will also be responsible for eDiscovery, data cataloging, classification, lineage, insights, and compliance, while collaborating with various departments to support public health data initiatives.
