About the position

The Data Governance Analyst at ERP International, LLC will support a Department of Defense (DoD) customer by developing data governance work-products and analyzing business processes to manage organizational data governance needs. The role requires collaboration with end users and technical teams to identify gaps and propose improvements in data governance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work with end users and technical teams to develop data governance work-products.
• Analyze business processes and data needs to understand and manage current organizational data governance needs, identifying gaps, duplications, and redundancies.
• Identify impacts and/or dependencies across current and future data requirements.
• Work with business owners to define their target goals and propose alternative data governance solutions.
• Develop work plans to reach target goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional work experience with an understanding of data analysis and data governance.
• Experience with mapping processes or workflows and developing documents.
• Experience researching complex data and data governance requirements.
• Ability to collect and analyze information and identify gaps in processes to recommend process improvements and business solutions.
• An active DoD SECRET clearance is required.
• US Citizenship required.
