About the position

The position is responsible for providing support to projects and operational initiatives, utilizing various Data Governance tools to manage enterprise data effectively. The role involves collaboration with business and technical staff to enhance data cataloging processes and ensure data quality through continuous improvement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manages Enterprise data with the use of data management tools (Informatica - Axon, EDC, IDQ /or MDM)
• Collaborates with business and/or technical staff to help drive data cataloging processes
• Conducts presentations on data meaning, purpose, physical location, lineage, and quality in response to stakeholder needs identified in project charters
• Creates and maintains the documentation of policies and procedures related to data governance processes
• Develops and enforces processes for continuous improvement of data quality (e.g. policies, standards, processes, and procedures)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field
• At least 3 years' experience of improving data by using Data Management and/or Data Governance strategies
• Strong understanding of data management principles, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts
• Proficiency in data management tools (Axon, EDC, IDQ)
