The Data Governance & Controls Director will support the Office of the Chief Data Officer (OCDO) in defining, maintaining and executing the Data Management Integrated Control Framework (DMICF) across the enterprise. The DMICF details data and reporting control minimum standards across the Production, Aggregation and Consumption Layers of our Enterprise Data Management Architecture (EDMA) and was developed to enhance/improve data quality with heightened standards and ultimately mitigate against a definitive set of data risks. In aggregate, the framework represents standards of care (i.e., requirements) with controls working in synergy to ensure reliable, quality, timely and fit-for-purpose data. The Director will coordinate the definition of requirements, communication, training, tooling and executing the DMICF with the respective Report Content Owners, Report Production Owners, Independent Subject Matter Experts, Data Officers, etc. across each MUFG Line of Business and Function.
