About the position
The Data Governance Project Manager Summer 2025 Internship at Allianz Life is designed for students pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Communications. This hybrid internship focuses on supporting the data culture and governance program, enhancing communication best practices, and developing project management skills within the Data & Analytics Center of Excellence. Interns will assist the AI Governance & Enablement team in implementing processes for AI risk governance, while also engaging in organization-wide communications and process improvements to transform data utilization across the company.
Responsibilities
- Support department and organization-wide communications.
- Assist in department process improvements.
- Implement a large-scale project collaborating with various departments.
- Create and deliver communications and training across the department.
- Participate in organization-wide communication processes that align with the communication plan.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Communications.
- Strong critical-thinking skills.
- Proven organizational and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
