As a Data Infrastructure Architect at NavitsPartners, you will play a pivotal role in designing, deploying, and securing Storage Area Network (SAN) and Network Attached Storage (NAS) environments that are tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. This position requires a deep understanding of storage solutions, including the configuration of RAID levels, Logical Unit Numbers (LUNs), and volume management. You will be responsible for developing and implementing robust data protection strategies that encompass backup solutions and redundancy measures to ensure data integrity and availability. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Cisco and Brocade SAN Fabrics, along with your experience in EMC storage technologies, to create efficient and secure data infrastructures. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with clients to assess their storage needs and providing recommendations that align with their business objectives. You will be expected to stay current with industry trends and best practices in data storage and cybersecurity, ensuring that our solutions are not only effective but also secure against potential threats. The position demands a proactive approach to incident response, requiring you to have proven skills in managing and mitigating incidents related to data storage and cybersecurity. You will also need to be available for rapid travel to client sites, as hands-on engagement is often necessary to implement solutions effectively and to provide on-site support as needed.
