The Data Insights Analyst at AssistRx plays a crucial role in acquiring, managing, and analyzing data that is essential for internal teams, clients, and partners. This position is primarily focused on leading the onboarding of electronic data trading partners, ensuring the successful implementation of these partnerships. The Data Insights Analyst is also responsible for monitoring client data submissions and addressing any data quality issues that may arise. This role requires a proactive approach to data management and a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients regarding their data needs. In this position, the analyst will develop reports and analytics utilizing data from the data warehouse and Salesforce, employing tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau. The analyst will provide consultative insights by analyzing data to identify patterns and trends over time, comparing data from different categories to uncover relationships or correlations, and applying statistical analysis to highlight significant patterns. Visualizations and narrative descriptions will be used to provide context and explanations for the data, while outliers or anomalies will be investigated to determine their causes. Additionally, the analyst will review and perform quality assurance on data and reports before they are delivered to clients, ensuring accuracy and reliability. Direct communication with customers regarding their data needs and key deadlines is a critical aspect of this role. The analyst will also research and identify data quality issues, manage ongoing partner requests, and configure mapping tools to facilitate the translation of source data into the desired format. This includes testing tools and providing clear documentation to both internal resources and customers. As a resident expert on data requirements and specifications, the analyst will remain informed about ongoing changes in assigned program data specifications and lead web-based training sessions for clients and partners regarding these requirements.
