About the position

The Data Integration Engineer will collaborate with program leads and cloud architects to translate vision into actionable roadmaps, focusing on developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, establishing engineering standards, and promoting automation across teams. This role involves leading efforts to create service models, mentoring team members, and ensuring software delivery meets security and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program leads and cloud architects to translate vision into an actionable roadmap.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
• Establish and uphold engineering standards to ensure consistency and quality.
• Promote automation and streamline DevSecOps practices across teams.
• Partner with customers and application teams to deliver software that meets security, monitoring, and performance standards.
• Simplify architecture and operations to enhance efficiency and maintainability.
• Lead efforts to create 'as a service' models for cross-functional teams.
• Mentor team members and foster their professional growth.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
• 8+ years' experience with the execution and management of large-scale IT Projects, including 2+ years of direct experience in leading enterprise-wide IT solutions.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing applications using Terraform, Python/Java, CI/CD pipelines, AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, and cloud security tools.
