About the position

The Data Integration Engineer is responsible for implementing and managing integration platforms and designing data analytics infrastructure at scale. This role involves overseeing end-to-end data integration projects, ensuring data quality, and troubleshooting integration issues. The engineer will also work on API infrastructure and data modeling to support business processes and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, and Azure Integration Services.
• Design, implement, and manage data analytics infrastructure using platforms like Azure Data Lake and Snowflake.
• Manage end-to-end data integration projects, including planning, design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Conduct data profiling and quality assurance to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Troubleshoot data integration issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and resolve data inconsistencies.
• Transform raw data into meaningful insights through analytical methods.
• Design databases and data warehouses using data modeling concepts and tools.
• Implement and manage API infrastructure.
• Utilize integration methodologies effectively.
• Engage in hands-on programming and application development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience implementing and managing integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services.
• 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, and managing data analytics infrastructure using Azure Data Lake, Snowflake, etc.
• 5+ years of experience in data integration, ETL development, data engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience managing end-to-end data integration projects.
• 3+ years of experience with data profiling and quality assurance.
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting data integration issues and resolving data inconsistencies.
• 3+ years of experience with data modeling concepts and tools.
• 5+ years of experience implementing and managing API infrastructure.
• 3+ years of experience in integration methodologies.
• 3+ years of hands-on programming and application development experience.
• 4+ years of relational database experience (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• 3+ years of experience interpreting business and user requirements.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge or background of airport systems and airport technology landscape.
• Certifications like Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or platform-specific certifications (e.g., for Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft Azure, or MuleSoft).
