About the position

The Data Integration Specialist at AlleraIT Solutions LLC is responsible for maintaining and building solutions for the client's asset management needs using IBM Maximo. This role involves ensuring the development, testing, and implementation of configuration changes, as well as providing operational support for production interfaces and enhancements to AMS integrations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure development, testing, and implementation of all approved configuration changes.
• Understand and identify needed data in the Maximo data structures.
• Provide operational support to production interfaces, including monitoring the error handling process for production integrations.
• Support end-user tier 3 level incidents and provide expertise to the AMS program team in AMS integrations and data models.
• Provide maintenance support to production interfaces, including resolving defects and change requests to interfaces and data models in AMS.
• Test and deploy changes to the production environment.
• Support enhancements to AMS integrations, including estimating, coordinating additional developers, testing, and deploying enhancements to the production environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Certified Professional in Maximo Asset Management v7.5 or higher.
• Two (2) years' experience with Maximo workflow design and configuration.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and have a Top Secret Clearance.
