About the position

The Data Integration Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the Corporate Integrity data analytics plan at Prisma Health. This position involves overseeing the analysis of various data types, including financial, compliance, operational, and clinical data, to enhance risk management efforts and ensure timely product delivery to stakeholders. The specialist will establish and maintain data management procedures, ensuring data security and compliance with corporate values.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the annual Corporate Integrity data analytics plan.
• Oversee the analysis of financial, compliance, operational, and clinical data for risk management.
• Establish and maintain procedures for data gathering, analysis, and reporting.
• Standardize data management procedures and ensure data security.
• Serve as the advanced data analysis techniques contact for Corporate Integrity, Compliance, Privacy, and Internal Audit functions.
• Assist in developing data analysis and risk models for risk programs and activities.
• Communicate issues identified during analytics development to end users.
• Manage completion of quarterly Office of Corporate Integrity activity reports.
• Participate in developing new data and trend analysis reports.
• Monitor risk program performance data to assess effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Act as a resource for risk management activities and policy/procedure development.
• Support federal disaster expense reimbursement projects.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Business, Finance, or related field of study.
• Three years of relevant database and analytics experience.
• In lieu of formal education, five years of relevant database, programming, or data analytics software experience may be considered.

Nice-to-haves

• Experienced user of data analysis tools or languages, including ACL, Python, and Microsoft Power BI.
• Knowledge of COSO risk management framework.
