About the position

The Data Integrations Director at Accolade is responsible for leading the Data Integrations team and managing the ecosystem of data feeds essential for the company's operations. This role involves overseeing multiple teams, managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication, and driving process improvements to enhance data integration efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Direct multiple teams of data integration and support engineers to deploy and maintain inbound and outbound data integrations.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders in strategic and tactical programs and projects related to data integrations.
  • Ensure proper communication between Accolade stakeholders and external partners.
  • Serve as the escalation point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and work effectively with cross-functional teams across the organization.
  • Ensure teams create and maintain program documentation such as project plans and functional requirements.
  • Continuously identify and drive process improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct issue and metric tracking and reporting to communicate overall program health/status.
  • Facilitate conflict/issue resolution at the Product and Tech organization level.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Information Management, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 10+ years leading data integration teams or similar team management experience.
  • Experience with Project and Partner Management in Healthcare.
  • Experience with Data Integrations (ETL) specifically with healthcare data types such as benefits, claims, clinical, or referral data.
  • Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
  • Working knowledge of agile delivery methodologies - SCRUM & KANBAN.
  • Strong collaboration, team building, and leadership skills with internal and external partners and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize requests, and deliver on accountabilities.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, prioritization, and communication skills.
