About the position
The Data Integrity Specialist at DFASS Group is responsible for maintaining and administering data integrity standards across various databases. This role involves the creation of new items, brands, and attributes for merchandise, services, and non-supply fixtures, as well as ensuring the maintenance of all products within the databases. The specialist will also be tasked with setting up and maintaining new vendor and customer records, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, the role requires research and resolution of purchase order discrepancies, which involves effective communication with buyers and vendors to address any issues that may arise. This position is crucial for ensuring that the company's data management processes are efficient and reliable, contributing to overall operational success.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and administer data integrity standards.
- Create new items, brands, and attributes for merchandise, services, and non-supply fixtures.
- Maintain all products within the databases.
- Set up and maintain new vendor records.
- Research and resolve purchase order discrepancies by communicating with buyers and vendors.
- Set up and maintain new customer records.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1 year of experience preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (MS Dynamics AX a plus).
- Ability to utilize memory for details and concentrate on tasks.
- Ability to understand and process verbal instructions.
